How can I register for the annual conference?

Until when can I register for the annual conference?
There is no registration deadline. You can register as long as there are places available. We will close the registration as soon as the conference is fully booked.
I have not received a registration confirmation.
The registration confirmation will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you provided. Please check your spam folder and firewall settings if necessary. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact partnerbetreuung@tss.coop.
In which hotel will the members meeting take place?
The members meeting will take place on 30 March 2025 at the Hotel Wyndham Grand Salzburg.
How do I find suitable accommodation?
We have reserved rooms in 2 hotels especially for you. These are the Wyndham Grand Salzburg and the Cool Mama Hotel. The transfer buses also run from these hotels to the various locations.
However, you are free to book other accommodation individually.
Where do the events take place?
Friday: Restaurant Stiegl-Keller (Festungsgasse 10, 5020 Salzburg)
Saturday: Exhibition Centre (Am Messezentrum 1, 5020 Salzburg)
Saturday evening: DomQuartier (Residenzplatz 1, Domplatz 1a, 5020 Salzburg)
Sunday: Wyndham Grand Hotel (Fanny-von-Lehnert-Straße 7, 5020 Salzburg)
How do I find suitable accommodation?
We have reserved rooms for you at the Wyndham Grand Salzburg and the Cool Mama Hotel. The transfer buses also run from these hotels to the various locations. However, you are free to book other accommodation individually.
How can I travel to the annual conference?
You can organise your own journey by car or use our travel options:
Flixbus (25 EUR voucher code per travel agency)
Deutsche Bahn (50 EUR subsidy per travel agency)
Eberhardt Travel (free of charge, several connections possible on the Dresden - Salzburg route)
Can I bring an accompanying person to the event?
You are welcome to bring an accompanying person. Please note that this person must be registered with their own e-mail address.
Can my trainee/my offspring attend the conference?
You are welcome to bring your trainees with you. Please note that they must each be registered with their own e-mail address.
Are the locations barrier-free?
All locations are barrier-free.
Please note:
The Stiegl-Keller is located within Salzburg's pedestrian zone and can be reached on foot from Kapitelplatz via Festungsgasse (approx. 200m) or by taxi. Unfortunately there are no buses or public transport!
Where can I park my vehicle?
Stiegl-Keller (Friday)
For individual travellers arriving by car: We recommend parking in the nearby Mönchsberggarage B - from here you can reach us in a few minutes on foot via St. Peter's Abbey, St. Peter's Cemetery and Festungsgasse.
Messezentrum
All parking spaces in Salzburg city centre are subject to charges (not just the ‘blue zones’!). Park your car in the ‘Messe’ P+R car park and travel directly to the city centre by public transport at a special rate!
DomQuartier (Saturday)
The safest and most convenient way to park in the city centre is in one of the parking garages: Mönchsberg, Nonntal, Mirabell, Schwarzstraße and Linzergasse. Here you will find up-to-date information on parking in Salzburg.
How do I get from the hotel to the event?
In Salzburg, we provide a shuttle bus for transfers between the individual locations (hotel -> event and event -> hotel). Current departure times will be published on site at the TSS Info Desk in the two hotels reserved by us.
Is there a dress code for the events?
We recommend business casual attire (for men a suit without a tie, women are well advised to wear a blouse, elegant trousers or skirt) for the first evening and the trade fair. For the gala evening on Saturday we recommend a festive outfit.
